Versandkosten innerhalb Deutschlands:

Die Versandkosten für eine Sendung  innerhalb von Deutschland betragen 6,–€. Diese Kosten bleiben bei 6,–€ auch wenn Ihre Bestellung mehrere  Produkte beinhaltet.

Die Versandkosten addieren sich zu dem angegebenen Produktpreis, der die in Deutschland gesetzlich vorgeschriebene Mehrwertsteuer enthält.

Dieser Gesamtpreis wird Ihnen bei der Bestellung, vor dem Bezahlvorgang angezeigt.

Der Versand erfolgt mit DHL.

Die Versandkosten ins Ausland betragen 10,–€. Die Kosten bleiben bei 10,–€ , auch wenn Ihre Bestellung mehrere Produkte beinhaltet.

Lieferfristen

Soweit im jeweiligen Angebot keine andere Frist angegeben ist, erfolgt die Lieferung der Ware im Inland (Deutschland) innerhalb von 6 – 8 Werktagen, bei Auslandslieferungen innerhalb von 12 – 15 Werktagen nach Vertragsschluss (bei vereinbarter Vorauszahlung nach dem Zeitpunkt Ihres Zahlungseingangs auf unserem Konto).
Haben Sie Artikel mit unterschiedlichen Lieferzeiten bestellt, versenden wir die Ware in einer gemeinsamen Sendung, sofern wir keine abweichenden Vereinbarungen mit Ihnen getroffen haben. Die Lieferzeit bestimmt sich in diesem Fall nach dem Artikel mit der längsten Lieferzeit den Sie bestellt haben.

Widerruf

Wenn Ihnen etwas nicht gefällt, und Sie die Ware zurückgeben möchten, haben Sie das Recht, binnen 14 Tagen ohnen Angabe von Gründen den Kaufvertrag zu widerrufen.

Die Widerrufsfrist beträgt 14 Tage ab dem Tag,

– an dem Sie oder ein von Ihnen benannter Dritter, der nicht der Beförderer ist, die letzte Ware in Besitz genommen haben bzw. hat, sofern Sie mehrere Waren im Rahmen einer einheitlichen Bestellung bestellt haben und diese getrennt geliefert werden;

Sie können dafür das beigefügte Muster-Widerrufsformular verwenden, das jedoch nicht vorgeschrieben ist.

Zur Wahrung der Widerrufsfrist reicht es aus, dass Sie die Mitteilung über die Ausübung des Widerrufsrechts vor Ablauf der Widerrufsfrist absenden.

Folgen des Widerrufs

Wenn Sie diesen Vertrag widerrufen, haben wir Ihnen alle Zahlungen, die wir von Ihnen erhalten haben, einschließlich der Lieferkosten (mit Ausnahme der zusätzlichen Kosten, die sich daraus ergeben, dass Sie eine andere Art der Lieferung als die von uns angebotene, günstigste Standardlieferung gewählt haben), unverzüglich und spätestens binnen 14 Tagen ab dem Tag zurückzuzahlen, an dem die Mitteilung über Ihren Widerruf dieses Vertrags bei uns eingegangen ist. Sie tragen die unmittelbaren Kosten der Rücksendung der Waren.

Sie müssen für einen etwaigen Wertverlust der Waren nur aufkommen, wenn dieser Wertverlust auf einen zur Prüfung der Beschaffenheit, Eigenschaften und Funktionsweise der Waren nicht notwendigen Umgang mit ihnen zurückzuführen ist.

I. General Terms and Conditions

§ 1 Basic provisions

(1) The following terms and conditions apply to contracts that you conclude with us as a provider (Ulrike Isensee) via the website ulrike-isensee.de/collection-2/. Unless otherwise agreed, the inclusion of any terms and conditions of your own used by you is contradicted.

(2) Consumer in the sense of the following regulations is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to his commercial nor to his independent professional activity. An entrepreneur is any natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity who, when concluding a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of his independent professional or commercial activity.

§ 2 Formation of the contract

(1) The subject of the contract is the sale of goods.

(2) Already with the placement of the respective product on our website, we submit a binding offer to conclude a contract under the conditions specified in the item description.

(3) The contract is concluded via the online shopping cart system as follows:
The goods intended for purchase are placed in the “shopping cart”. You can call up the “shopping cart” via the corresponding button in the navigation bar and make changes there at any time.
After calling up the “Checkout” page and entering the personal data as well as the payment and shipping conditions, all order data will finally be displayed again on the order overview page.
If you use an instant payment system (e.g. PayPal / PayPal Express, Amazon Payments, Sofort) as a payment method, you will either be taken to the order overview page in our online store or you will first be redirected to the website of the instant payment system provider.
If you are redirected to the respective instant payment system, make the appropriate selection or enter your data there. Finally, you will be redirected back to our online store to the order overview page.
Before sending the order, you have the opportunity to check all the information again, change it (also using the “back” function of the Internet browser) or cancel the purchase.
By sending the order via the button “order with obligation to pay” you declare the legally binding acceptance of the offer, whereby the contract is concluded.

(4) Your requests for the preparation of an offer are non-binding for you. We will submit a binding offer in text form (e.g. by e-mail), which you can accept within 5 days.

(5) The processing of the order and transmission of all information required in connection with the conclusion of the contract is carried out by e-mail, partly automatically. You must therefore ensure that the e-mail address you have provided to us is correct, that the receipt of e-mails is technically guaranteed and, in particular, that it is not prevented by SPAM filters.

§ 3 Right of retention, reservation of title

(1) You may only exercise a right of retention insofar as it concerns claims arising from the same contractual relationship.

(2) The goods remain our property until full payment of the purchase price.

§ 4 Warranty

(1) The statutory rights of liability for defects shall apply.

(2) As a consumer, you are requested to check the goods immediately upon delivery for completeness, obvious defects and transport damage and to notify us and the carrier of any complaints as soon as possible. If you do not comply with this, this has no effect on your statutory warranty claims.

§ 5 Choice of Law

(1) German law shall apply. In the case of consumers, this choice of law shall only apply insofar as the protection granted by mandatory provisions of the law of the state of the consumer’s habitual residence is not withdrawn (favorability principle).

(2) The provisions of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods shall expressly not apply.

5. prices and payment modalities

5.6 Unless otherwise stated in the individual payment methods, the payment claims arising from the concluded contract are due for payment immediately.

6.2 Insofar as you are a consumer, it is regulated by law that the risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the sold item during shipment only passes to you upon delivery of the goods, regardless of whether the shipment is insured or uninsured. You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The revocation period is 14 days from the day,

– on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken or has taken possession of the goods, if you have ordered one or more goods as part of a uniform order and these are or will be delivered uniformly;

– on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last goods or has taken possession of the last goods, if you have ordered several goods as part of a uniform order and these are delivered separately;

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notice of exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of the revocation

If you revoke this contract, we shall return to you the payment we have received from you, less shipping costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we received the notification of your revocation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees because of this repayment.

We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the period of 14 days.

You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You will only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking the condition, properties and functioning of the goods.

Reasons for exclusion or expiry

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts
– for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.

Purchase on account (prepayment)

You will receive an invoice from me and you pay the invoice amount by bank transfer. Please enter the order number and the order number as reason for payment.

After receipt of your payment on my account, your order will be shipped immediately.

PayPal

You can easily and securely pay cashless with PayPal. If you choose this payment method, you will be redirected directly to PayPal during the payment process.

If you already have a PayPal account, you can log in with your account information and initiate the payment. If they are new to PayPal, you can create an account for free at PayPal by providing your bank or credit card information. You then pay by providing your email address and a password. After that you will receive a payment confirmation from PayPal by e-mail. After that your order will be processed immediately by me. The payment with PayPal is free of charge for you.

When returning ordered items, for which you have to request a revocation (see below in the text), the corresponding value of goods will be credited back to your PayPal Koto.

Shipping is from domestic (Germany)

Shipping costs within Germany:

The shipping costs for a shipment within Germany are 6,-€. This cost remains at 6,-€ even if your order contains several products.

The shipping costs add up to the indicated product price, which includes the value-added tax required by law in Germany.

This total price will be displayed to you during the order, before the payment process.

The shipping is done with DHL.

Shipping costs abroad:

The shipping costs to foreign countries are 10,-€. The cost remains at 10,-€ , even if your order contains several products.

The cost is added to the price of the product. The total price will be shown to you during the ordering process before the payment process.

For deliveries abroad, customs duties, taxes and fees may apply, which are not included in the total price displayed.

Delivery times

As far as no other period is indicated in the respective offer, the delivery of the goods takes place in the inland (Germany) within 6 – 8 working days, with foreign deliveries within 12 – 15 working days after conclusion of the contract (with agreed upon pre-payment after the time of your payment entrance on our account).
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made other agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the article with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
