It all actually began with my curiosity about colors, unusual materials, and the question of what would happen if I dared to try unconventional design experiments. Experimenting with textures and color combinations became the central theme of my studies at the Hamburg University of Fine Arts. On a trip through Mexico, I encountered a fascinating form of woven art. I wanted to create work that was just as colorful and expressive.

My studio on Bernstorffstraße is more than just a workspace: it’s a workshop, an exhibition space, and a laboratory for ideas. Stop by and take a look behind the scenes. From the outside, the small, flat-roofed building nestled among Hamburg’s old apartment buildings appears rather unassuming. But if you look through the windows, you’ll discover a world of colors and fine materials.
