(1) The following terms and conditions apply to contracts that you enter into with us as the provider (Ulrike Isensee) via the website ulrike-isensee.de\/shop\/. Unless otherwise agreed, we do not accept the inclusion of any terms and conditions you may use. <\/p>

(2) A consumer within the meaning of the following provisions is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to their commercial nor their independent professional activity. An entrepreneur is any natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity who or which, when entering into a legal transaction, acts in exercise of his or its independent professional or commercial activity. <\/p>

(1) The subject matter of this contract is the sale of goods.<\/p>

(2) By listing the respective product on our website, we are making you a binding offer to enter into a contract via the online shopping cart system under the terms and conditions specified in the product description.<\/p>

(3) The contract is concluded via the online shopping cart system as follows:<\/p>

The items you intend to purchase are added to the \u201cShopping Cart.\u201d You can access the \u201cShopping Cart\u201d by clicking the corresponding button in the navigation bar and make changes there at any time. <\/p>

After clicking the “Checkout” or “Proceed to Order” button (or similar label) and entering your personal information as well as your payment and shipping preferences, you will be shown a summary of your order details.<\/p>

If you choose an instant payment system (e.g., PayPal (Express\/Plus\/Checkout), Amazon Pay, Sofort) as your payment method, you will either be directed to the order summary page in our online store or redirected to the website of the instant payment system provider.<\/p>

If you are redirected to the respective Sofortzahl system, please make the appropriate selection or enter your information there. Finally, the order details will be displayed as an order summary on the Sofortzahl system provider\u2019s website or after you have been redirected back to our online store. <\/p>

\u00a7 5 Warranty<\/h3>

(1) The statutory liability for defects shall apply.<\/p>

(2) As a consumer, you are asked to inspect the goods immediately upon delivery to ensure they are complete and free of obvious defects or shipping damage, and to notify us and the carrier of any complaints as soon as possible. Failure to do so will not affect your statutory warranty rights. <\/p>

(3) If a characteristic of the goods deviates from the objective requirements, such deviation shall be deemed agreed upon only if we have notified you of it prior to your submission of the contractual declaration and the deviation has been expressly and separately agreed upon by the contracting parties.<\/p>
